Compared to mature ginger, Baby Ginger is harvested at an earlier stage before a thicker membrane and fibrous texture is developed. Baby Ginger can be used by slicing it directly from the rhizome as required. Cutting the rhizome is a pleasure and there is no need to peel or remove the outer membrance, therefore zero waste.

MATURE GINGER

Mature ginger is harvested anytime from six - eight months according to the demand of the user. The mature ginger is grown hydroponically without any use of pesticides and insecticides. Fresh ginger harvested on order.
